We will provide an opportunity to discuss the progress with the GSi contract extension, and Peter Court (GSi SRO and chair of the MTE) will be there to discuss future strategy in more detail. There will also be a presentation from MessageLabs on the Image and Content Control services that are currently available to GSi customers. For those of you who attended the last customer forums in February we will be reporting back on the steps we have taken to improve customer engagement following our discussions, and the areas we are still developing.

As usual members of the OGCbuying.solutions team, C&W service delivery and the security team at CESG will also be available for questions.
