Cable&Wireless Automated Management Information
Cable&Wireless have been producing monthly Management Information (MI) reports for each department within the GSi Community since January 2007. On the 10th Working day of each month, MI reports for the previous month's performance are issued to each department for review. These reports are generated automatically to ensure 100% accuracy. Many departments have found the information provided really beneficial, and use the information provided to form part of their own MI reports produced internally.
The following statistics are currently contained within the report, however we are continuously looking to develop and improve the service for our customers, so your feedback is always appreciated.
- Outages, faults and investigations by month
- Fault tickets by severity
- Fault tickets by resolution categories
- Internet mail volumes received and sent by month
- Virus' received and sent by month
