Buying Solutions has published a new leaflet designed to assist suppliers with their efforts to win more public sector business.
The leaflet explains how Framework Agreements operate
The leaflet entitled 'The benefits of using OGCbuying.solutions' explains our role in public sector procurement and how Catalist Framework Agreements operate.
It is felt that this will be especially useful for suppliers talking to organisations who may not have used these procurement arrangements before.
