Welcome to the latest edition of Suppliers' Forum, the Buying Solutions eNewsletter which aims to provide a regular news and information service to our suppliers.

Many of you will be aware of the recent developments within public sector procurement following the publication of the Transforming Government Procurement report back in January 2007.
